How to Order

Orders can be processed in either US or Canadian funds.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and if you would like, you can mail a money order.  We do not accept personal cheques.

Shipping

Our parcels are shipped by Canada Post.  To determine shipping cost, input some items into the shopping cart, put in your address and the shipping software will give you shipping options and costs.

Guarantee and Return Policies

All of our merchandise comes with a 100% quality guarantee. If not satisfied, customers may return by insured mail at their expense any merchandise flawed or otherwise damaged.  We will reimburse them for the GROUND shipping of the item.  If customers do not want the item for some other reason, such as it doesn't suit them, then we we will refund the amount of the purchase only.  They assume all shipping costs.   

Security

At Island Flower, the security of your personal information is our top priority. All information, including your credit card number, is encrypted and only sent over secure Internet lines. While using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, your Netscape Navigator browser or Microsoft Internet Explorer browser will let you know when the line is secure. With Netscape Navigator, the "key" icon located in the bottom left corner should be complete with no breaks. Internet Explorer uses a "lock" icon for its browser. The "lock" will appear on the browser when using a secure line. On both browsers the "http:" pre-fix will read "https:" when accessing a secure server. If these indicators are present, you can be confident of a secure data transaction.

Hard Copy Catalogue

At Island Flower, we do not print a hard copy catalogue.  We are exclusively online for catalogue purposes.   We recommend printing out of your browser if you would like harcopy.
